DELIVERY AND RETURN
We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and top-notch customer service. Below are important details regarding returns:
- Only unused products in their original packaging can be returned.
- As cold plunge pools are considered hygiene products, they are not eligible for return unless returned unused in the original packaging.
- There is no exchange option for cold plunge pools.
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the product.
- If you exceed return time, return will not be accepted.
- To return the products, please contact our customer service at info@hallacoldplunge.com for return instructions and a return authorization.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

- For shipments not collected within the specified time, we will charge a fee of €25.00. The fee covers actual delivery, return, and handling costs.
