Welcome to Halla's online store liability for defects page. Please note that our products do not come with a direct warranty but are subject to liability for defects. Below is important information regarding our defect liability procedures.

Our products adhere to defect liability as stipulated by consumer protection laws when used according to the instructions. We want to ensure that our products meet your expectations and aim to resolve any defect situations openly and customer-friendly.  

Please be aware that defect liability does not cover normal wear and tear or defects resulting from improper use. Please read the instructions carefully and ensure that the cold plunge pool is used only as directed.

If there is an error or issue with your product, please submit a complaint according to the instructions within 14 days so that we can proceed with the matter.

We apologize if you have encountered issues with your Halla Cold Plunge product. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we are here to assist you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here are the instructions for making a complaint:

The model of the product in question.

Clearly state the problem/defect in your message.

Include clear photographs of the defect/problem.

Your contact information (name, phone number & address).

Attach the purchase receipt/invoice from the hallacoldplunge.com online store.

 

Fill out the complaint carefully and as clearly as possible so that we can process it as quickly as possible.

Our customer service processes the complaint as quickly as possible and informs you of further measures. We will respond to your message within 10 business days of receipt of the complaint.

Noteworthy

Consumer Protection Act:

- In case of errors, the Consumer Protection Act applies if the product has been used according to the instructions.

 

Pictures in the Complaint:

- We check the pictures for every complaint. Together with our team, we go through every complaint and forward them to our factory to make sure that the product has been used appropriately.

 

Factory defect:

- A factory defect is usually detected during the first use of the product. If the product has been used according to the instructions and it is found to be defective (a so-called factory defect), we will repair the pool or offer a replacement product.

 

Purchase receipt:

- You must present the purchase receipt, and we reserve the right to inspect the product to confirm the defect.
